Damaged or Defective Items:

  - IMPORTANT:  Inspect all items as soon as they are received.   -

   If an item is damaged, defective or missing components please notify us immediatly.
   Please indicate in your e-mail to if you would like a replacement or refund.   
   Even if you are having the item installed professionally at a later date, inspect it when you receive it.

   All items leave here in brand new, perfect condition, if they arrive in anything less we must be notified immediatly and before the items are installed or are given to a 3rd party for installation.

   We will verify the problem and make arrangements for the item to be returned to us. Do not attempt to repair the item or ship it back without contacting us.

Incorrect Items:

   Please include in the email the part number off of the page on the red and white Honda label as well as what the issue with the part is.
   Indicate in your emal if you would like a refund or replacement.

   We will verify the problem and make arrangements for the item to be returned to us. Do not attempt to repair the item or ship it back without contacting us.


 All orders are now outside of the s45 day return time frame, we can't issue any return authorizations.

   We do not charge a restocking fee, however it is your responsibility to get the items back to us in new, unused, perfect condition.
Please follow all of the instructions on this page and on the return form to insure a prompt full refund.
  Item must be in brand new condition, uninstalled with all attaching hardware and packaging.  If any packaging is missing the item may be damaged in transit to us; we can't refund for items damaged in transit to us.  All returned items must be spotlessly clean.  Please make sure all protective wrapping is in place on the items and items are properly secured inside the box.  Cardboard or other materials can scratch the finish on the accessories.
   We will credit the amount of the items to your card that was used to make the purchase (shipping is not refundable).
   Within 45 days of the invoice date simply e-mail ( ) us with your order number and the part number(s) off of the invoice. We will email you back with a Return Authorization Number, usually within 48 hours (weekdays). Returned items must be received here within 60 days of the original purchase.
  Once any item is installed it is yours. Installed items will not be accepted for return. There is no such thing as a test installation. If it has been bolted on, attached, plugged in or installed in any other way it is not returnable. Installed items are still covered by warranty against manufacturing defects (see below).
  It may be necessary to package the item inside another box for shipping to avoid damage during the return trip. Many times the original packing is sufficient for the item to arrive to you undamaged however, after being shipped once it won't hold up to being shipped a second time. We are responsible for getting the item to you in good condition, however it is up to you to make sure the return arrives here undamaged.

  Be sure to read and follow all instructions and tips on this page and on the return form. We can't refund for items damaged during shipping to us.
   Insure the package for the full value of the enclosed item(s) and use signature tracking (the post offices delivery confirmation only confirms that a package was delivered to a zip code, not a specific address)
  Inspect all items before shipping and notify us of any damaged or missing items.
   Please avoid marking on the outside of the box or covering up the part number.
   Scotch tape and Masking tape are not suitable for shipping. Please use packing tape to secure the packaging.
  If it was our error (for example the item shipped was not the item or quantity listed on your order confirmation page or there is a defect with it) we handle the return shipping. Contact Us and we will take care of it.
   All returns are inspected prior to processing the refund. If items are missing or are not in returnable condition you will be notified via email. The items that we are unable to refund for can either be disposed of or returned to you.
   Please allow 1-2 weeks for return to be inspected and processed after it is received here. Refunds can take up to 7-10 days for your credit card company to show them after we submit the refund.
    The Return Authorization Number is a saved invoice in our system.  This allows us to process the Invoice as soon as the return arrives and credit your card within minutes.
